Dropping the "Z"
When we originally opened for business back in 2004, we purchased both dieseltoys.com and dieseltoyz.com with the intention of using both. For some reason, in 2006 the DNS company we were using lost the domain rights to dieseltoys.com and we have been trying to secure DieselToys.com so we can drop the "z" from our name ever since. Well, we're pleased to announce that we have finally done so. We will keep dieseltoyz.com and begin using both dieseltoys.com and dieseltoyz.com as our primary addresses. We also have a new site coming in January so check back with us!

Diesel Toys is now the North American distributor of Chipitâ„¢ performance products. For more information, contact our sales department here:
Why Go Diesel?
Off-idle Torque
1Whether you're rock crawling, or taking off from a stop light, torque is what gets you moving. Since diesels make most of their torque at low rpm, it's not necessary to race the engine to get moving. This saves fuel and reduces stress on driveline components.
Increased Range
2Diesels are 25-30% more efficient than gasoline engines of equal displacement. This means you get dramatically increased range on the same tank of fuel. With a Diesel toys conversion, you'll no longer be limited to the nearest gas station.
Fuel Flexibility
3Rudolf Diesel originally designed his engine to run on peanut oil. With fuel prices soaring over $5 per gallon, it makes sense to have a vehicle with multiple fuels available. Biodiesel, WVO, and SVO are not only environmentally friendly fuels, but they can also be much cheaper to use than petroleum diesel.
Longevity
4In order to withstand the high compression ratios, diesel engines are built much stronger than gasoline engines. As a result, it's not uncommon to see diesels with 500,000 miles on them and still running strong!
